Elaine M. Bianco

Elaine M. Bianco, 70 of Bluffton, South Carolina died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on June 2nd, 2020.   Born in Reading, Pennsylvania to James and Laura (Nicolodi) Carroll.  She is preceded in death by her husband Frank Bianco and brother James Carroll, Jr.  Surviving family members are, sister Sylvia Bauer wife of Richard Bauer, brother, Thomas Carroll, brother, Patrick Carroll husband to Cindy Carroll.    Daughter Lisa and son in law John Ross,  son William and daughter in law Jessica Daniels.  Four grandchildren, Stephanie, Kellyann, Tommy, Jake “Rocco”, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Attended Central Catholic High School, Reading, PA . Elaine worked almost 20 years for the County of Lehigh doing administrative work.  She retired to Bluffton in 2015.  

She enjoyed working part-time at Marshall’s department store and always loved helping her customers.  Known for her loving, kind, giving and nurturing ways.  Making people smile was one her best qualities. Elaine enjoyed traveling, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

Her motto was “Live, Laugh, and Love”.

A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, Contributions can be made to the Hospice Care of the Low Country, or a charity of your choice in her memory.
