Frances €Œfran” Li Phipps

Frances "Fran" Lilly Phipps, 43, wife of Wayne Phipps, Jr. went home to be with the Lord on Sunday October 6, 2013. She was born in Astoria, New York to Thomas and Rosalie Lopresto on November 9, 1969. Fran is survived by three children; Jordan, Jenna and Jared McQuillen as well as her three siblings; Charles, Rosalie and Thomas. Fran was loved by all, and dedicated her life to the care of animals. Services will be held on Saturday October 12, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Sauls funeral home, 90 Simmonsville Road, Bluffton, South Carolina.
