John Dodaro born April 22nd 1936 in Bronx NY His parents were Giovanni and Anna Dodaro. He was one of five siblings.He is survived by his wife Arlene and his sister Rosie and his brother Genie. He has 4 children Diane Surrusco married to Jack , with grandson Matthew . Donna Pivarnik with 2 grandchildren Michael, who is deceased and Paul with great grand children Kelsie and Forrest. Arlene Borek married to Bruce with 2 grandchildren Nicole married to Kasey, and Katie.
His son John Dodaro married to Maria and 3 grandchildren, John Michael, Daniel and Francesca.
John was born in the Bronx and then moved as an adult to Mahopac NY, then to Wappingers Falls NY and currently lived his last 2 years in Bluffton SC .He loved nature , hunting, loved cooking and loved his family above all else. He was a true patriot and loved the United States of America. He has blessed the lives of all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Friends of Caroline Hospice, 329 Friends Ln. Ridgeland, SC 29936, in memory of John P. Dodaro.
