Karl Monty Simpson

Karl Monty Simpson, 55, of Ridgeland, SC passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019 due to an accident.

Karl was born in Ellenville, NY on January 28, 1964 to the late Bruce Simpson and Rhoane Pratt Simpson. He worked at Coastal RV Center of Charleston, SC and was a member at Grace Coastal Church in Okatie, SC. He enjoyed working on cars, especially rebuilding old cars, and loved to ride his motorcycle. His family was the most important thing in his life.

In addition to his parents, Karl was preceded in death by his son, Kevin M. Simpson. He is survived by his wife, Kathryn S. Simpson of Ridgeland, SC; two sons, Karl M. Simpson, Jr. (Eryka) of Pineland, SC and Joshua C. Simpson (Gina) of Bluffton, SC; his three brothers, Richard Simpson (Patty) of New York, Bruce Simpson of New York, and Steven Simpson (Vicky) of Tampa FL; his sister, Brenda Calitri (Michael) of New York; and four grandchildren, Karl Simpson, Ashlynn Simpson, Sarah Simpson and Kaydence “KK” Simpson.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, December 14, 2019 at Grace Coastal Church, 15 Williams Dr, Okatie. Sauls Funeral Home of Ridgeland is assisting the family with arrangements.
