Leo Thomas Hussey

Leo Thomas Hussey has passed away and joined his beloved wife Martha Mary O'Connor Hussey and his daughter Mary Martha Stuart in heaven.  He was also proceeded in death by his parents, Leo Hussey and Theresa Russell Hussey, his siblings Alexander (Anne) Hussey, Elizabeth (Gene) Senfield, Robert (Helen) Hussey, Mary (Robert) Erb and Carol (Robert) O'Connell.

He is survived by his sons Timothy and John (Robin) Hussey, his daughter Elizabeth (Robert) Vallino, grandchildren, Kathleen Hussey, Mcintyre (Kayla) Johnson, Lewis Hussey, Erin Johnson and Ryan Hussey, and his great grandchildren, ElizaRose Johnson and Sadie Grace Johnson, and Brother-in-Law John O'Connor.  He also left behind many nieces and nephews, family and friends including his good friend Patricia Mueller.

Thomas was a graduate of Aquinas High School and the Rochester Institute of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He started his career working for Rochester Gas and Electric, and then went back to work at the Rochester Institute of Technology.  He then began his work in University Physical Management at the University of Missouri, University of Pittsburgh and Colgate Divinity and finally the Arch Diocese of Rochester.

He enjoyed singing from his choir days at Aquinas to his last breath. In his youth he was an avid skier and he enjoyed sailing throughout his life. He will be missed by all who loved him.
