Micheal Thomas Harchuck

Micheal Thomas Harchuck, age 36 of Bluffton passed away on December 10, 2019 at the Medical University, Charleston, SC surrounded by his beloved family.

Micheal faced many obstacles, including numerous operations since the age of 5, but his smile was still infectious. If you met Micheal, he would welcome you with that warm smile and instantly became your best friend.  He was never stingy with hugs and was always eager to help.

He loved life, camping, fishing, kayaking, and hiking and enjoyed eating at restaurants with his family and friends.  He loved music, especially the Beatles, and could recite lines from a favorite sitcom or movie. If you forgot an important world history date, a birthday or even an answer to a trivia game, he was the go-to guy.  He especially loved going to mass and discussing the readings with his family.

Micheal was born in Stony Brook, NY on April 16, 1983 and his survived by his father and step mother, Eugene Thomas and Gail Harchuck and his mother, Nancy Scena Harchuck. 

After death, Micheal continues to be with us through the generosity of his organ donation.

The family of Micheal Thomas Harchuck will receive friends from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm, Monday December 16, 2019 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10:30 am, Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Bluffton.
