Patricia Ann LeBlanc, known to her friends and family as Patti, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on May 31, 2023, in Bluffton, South Carolina. Patti was born on November 23, 1943, the of daughter of Margot Bourgeois in Richmond, Virginia, and grew up in Chicago, Illinois. Throughout her life, she carried herself with a loving, faith-filled, and selfless spirit that touched the lives of many.
Patti was deeply devoted to her family and is survived by her loving husband, Jean-Paul; her children, Jennifer and Patrick; her daughter-in-law, Lindsay; her sister, Margot Martino; her brother, Fred Ridgway; and her cherished grandchildren, Jean-Paul, Frances, and Cecilia. Patti's unwavering love and support for her family were evident in every aspect of her life, and she consistently put the needs and happiness of her loved ones above her own.
Patti's professional life was as diverse and accomplished as her personal interests. She began her career as a stewardess for Braniff Airlines, where she had the opportunity to travel and explore the world. Her adventurous spirit and love for learning about new cultures and places were always a source of inspiration to her family and friends. Later, Patti transitioned to entrepreneurship and, together with her husband, owned and operated a successful Little Caesar's Pizza franchise in Syracuse NY. Patti's dedication to her work and her unwavering support for her employees and customers were hallmarks of their successful business throughout central New York.
An avid golfer and tennis player, Patti enjoyed staying active and was often found on the golf course or tennis courts, perfecting her skills and enjoying friendly competition with her friends. She was a regular participant in charitable golf and tennis tournaments, and her sportsmanship and camaraderie were admired by all who knew her.
Throughout her life, Patti remained steadfast in her faith, and her unwavering belief in God was a guiding force in her life.
Patti will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. Her warmth, kindness, and selfless nature touched the lives of all who knew her, and her memory will be cherished forever by those who were blessed to have her in their lives.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm EST, Friday, June 30, 2023 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd, Bluffton.
