Priscilla (Klein) Umstead, age 80, of Bluffton, SC, passed away on January 29th, 2021. She was born on November 21st, 1940 to Ameil and Viola Klein.
Priscilla pursued life with enthusiasm. A former majorette and Captain of the Twirling Squad at West Side H.S. in N.J., Priscilla enjoyed singing and dancing throughout her years. Priscilla’s love of interior design, her high energy and her zeal for life was underscored with a successful career as a realtor for over three decades. Priscilla cherished her days in leadership, both, formerly as a Branch Manager and informally as a perennial top producer and mentor for her peers. After many rewarding years in real estate, Priscilla retired to the Low Country with her husband, Ken and for the last few years was active in the Lowcountry Christian Women's Connection.
Priscilla thoroughly enjoyed her retirement years and she loved her Sun City home, which she proudly shared with family and friends. Priscilla was a devoted spouse to Kenny for 63 years and she was unwaveringly devoted to her immediate and extended family. Priscilla will be dearly missed by her family, her friends and her beloved dog, Mylo.
Priscilla is survived by her husband, Kenneth; daughter, Lynn; son, Steven (Jenny); daughter, Tracy (Steve); grandson, Glenn; granddaughters, Stephanie, Hannah and Alexa; sister, Joyce; nieces, nephews; great nieces & nephews. Priscilla is predeceased by her parents, Ameil & Viola; brother, Ameil; nieces and nephews.
