Randolph Lamar Nettles, 80, of Hardeeville, SC, passed away March 10, 2021.
Randolph was born on August 30, 1940, in Walterboro, SC to the late Charles E. and Louise (Young) Nettles.
He married Judy Terry on August 25, 1990. Together, they enjoyed 30 years of marriage. He spent his entire career in the newspaper printing business at the Atlanta Journal Constitution and Savannah Morning News, where he retired in 2005 as the press room superintendent.
Randolph was a Faith Worker and devoted member of the Hardeeville United Methodist Church. His faith and his family were his entire life and how he spent his time.
Survivors include: wife, Judy Nettles of Hardeeville, SC; son, Brandon L. Nettles of Ridgeland, SC; daughter, Teresa G. Nettles of Tybee Island, GA; brother, Leland T. Nettles of Hardeeville, SC; sisters, Verna Gillikin of Hadeeville, SC and Irma Huggins (Dan) of Simpsonville, SC; numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Nettles is preceded in death by brothers Charles Jr., Carl, James and Frank Nettles.
Funeral Service: 3:00 PM, Sunday, March 14, 2021 at the Hardeeville United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Sauls Funeral Home of Bluffton, SC is honored to assist the Nettles family.
