Shirley Ann Finn

Shirley Ann Finn, 75, of Hilton Head, SC passed away peacefully in her home on March 4th after a two year hard fought battle with cancer. Her loving husband of 48 years, Thomas Finn, was by her side.

Shirley was the loving mother to her two children, Michael Finn and Katie Lundin, husband Joseph and grandchildren Aiden Finn and Savannah Lundin.

Shirley was born in Northampton, MA on June 21, 1947 to parents Henry and Eleanor Sicard. She was the eldest daughter and leaves behind her two sisters, Donna Cantwell and her husband Tom, Diane Punska and her late husband David, her brother David Sicard and wife Rose as well as many nieces and nephews.

Shirley and Tom married September 7, 1975 in Boston, MA. They lived together in Framingham, MA, Albany, NY, Fanwood, NJ, Cheshire, CT, Medfield, MA, Norfolk, MA, Bourne, MA, and Boston, MA before retiring to their home in Moss Creek, Hilton Head, SC.

Shirley loved spending time with family and friends and was loved by everyone who knew her. She loved playing tennis, golf, bowling and canasta and was very active on boards and social groups. Shirley loved traveling with Tom and visited many beautiful places in her retirement. She was a bright light in the lives of many and will be greatly missed.
