William “Bill” Henry Horan III passed away on April 11, 2023 with his loving wife Suzanne and family at his side. Bill was born on October 14, 1944 to Dr. William Henry Horan Jr. and Virginia Holt Horan in Troy, NY. He attended Albany Academy in Albany, NY (Class of 1963) and then went on to graduate from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY in 1968. Bill met his wife Suzanne while attending St. John Fisher College. Bill and Suzanne married August 9, 1969 in Buffalo, NY. They followed his career as a General Agent for Mutual of New York for 23 years, moving to Rochester, NY, Stamford, CT, and Virginia Beach, VA. In 1991, Bill and Suzanne moved to Albany, NY where Bill became a General Agent for the John Hancock Albany Agency. Bill retired from John Hancock in 2007, and then permanently moved to their retirement home in Belfair in Bluffton, SC.
